Andy reviews my program regularly and knows my boredom threshold is about an hour so takes account of that. My program is now more focussed on fitness rather than weight loss as the weight is coming down gradually. I do a lot of bike work both in the gym and on the road and now exercise is part of my normal weekly routine.
